How Our Rental System Works

Our 3D printer rental system allows individuals or businesses to temporarily access 3D printing technology without the cost and commitment of purchasing a printer. Our rental steps:
1. Browse and Select Equipment & Dates
Select your rental. Our printers are rented out by daily or multi day rates. Most of our systems have tiered discounts for longer periods.
2. Select Your Add-Ons
With each package you have the ability to pick unit specific options to include with your rental like Automatic Material Deliver System (AMS), filament, protection plan, computer, etc.
3. Reservation Details
Once the details about your rental are selected, proceed to checkout. There will be a deposit collected as well as a percentage of the rental due at checkout. The remaining balance will be collected at the end of your rental and deposit will be refunded after the equipment has been returned.
4. Delivery
The printer and optional accessories will be delivered to the rental location where we will setup the printer and perform a quick diagnostic and first quick print to make sure everything is setup and running smoothly before your rental officially begins. (Currently we are not offering pickup for rentals, but this may change at a later date).
5. Usage and Support
During the rental period, customers can use the printer for their projects. Technical support is usually available in case of troubleshooting needs. There are also numerous resources online as well as an online catalogue of videos to address any minor details you might have along the way.
6. Return and Inspection
At the end of the rental period, we will inspect the equipment for damage or misuse upon pickup. If everything checks out, the deposit is refunded. See our FAQ's page for more questions you may have.
