Common Questions About Our Print On-Demand Services
What file formats do you accept?
We accept most common 3D model formats, including STL, STEP, STP, 3MF, OBJ, and other CAD files. Simply upload your file through our online quote system to receive an instant estimate. If your file format isn't listed, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
How do I get a quote?
Our online quoting system provides instant pricing. Simply upload your 3D model, select your desired material, printing technology, quantity, and other options to receive a real-time quote. For large production runs or custom projects, contact us for a personalized volume quote.
What materials do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of materials for both FDM and MSLA printing, including PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, Nylon, Polycarbonate, Carbon Fiber reinforced filaments, and several engineering-grade and specialty resins. Material availability may vary depending on your project's requirements. Please contact us if you require a specialty material that is not listed in our material options.
What's the difference between FDM and MSLA printing?
FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) is ideal for durable, functional parts, prototypes, and larger components. MSLA (Masked Stereolithography) uses liquid resin to create parts with exceptional detail, smooth surfaces, and tight tolerances, making it ideal for miniatures, models, jewelry, dental applications, and display pieces.
How long does production take?
Most orders are completed within 1–5 business days depending on part size, quantity, material, and current production workload. Larger production runs may require additional time. If our production time exceeds this normal time frame we will reach out to keep you updated after your order is placed.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We proudly ship our printed parts anywhere within the United States. Orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition. We do our very best to ensure parts make it to their destination safely, but sometimes accidents happen. We always try to work with our customers in these situations to find a solution to any damage that might happen. Please
Can I order just one part?
Absolutely! Whether you need a single prototype or hundreds of production parts, we're happy to help. There are no minimum quantity requirements, however we do have a minimum price per order depending on the type of printing you are requesting. This allows us to cover setup costs and material waste based on your project.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. If you need multiple copies of the same part or recurring production runs, contact us for custom volume pricing. We'll provide a quote tailored to your quantities and production needs.
I don't have a 3D model. Can you help?
Yes! If you have an idea, sketch, drawing, or existing part, we offer design assistance, CAD modeling, and reverse engineering services to help bring your project to life.
Can you print replacement parts?
Absolutely. We regularly print replacement parts for appliances, vehicles, equipment, electronics, and discontinued products. If you have an existing part, we may be able to recreate it through reverse engineering or 3D scanning.
How accurate are your printed parts?
Our equipment produces highly accurate parts with tolerances that vary based on the printing technology, material, and part geometry. If your project has critical dimensions or tight tolerances, let us know so we can recommend the best process.
Will my design remain confidential?
Yes. Your files and project information are kept confidential and are only used to manufacture your parts. We respect your intellectual property and can also work under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if required.
Do you offer post-processing services?
Yes. Depending on your project, we can provide support removal, sanding, painting, assembly, resin curing, polishing, threaded inserts, and other finishing services. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Can you print functional end-use parts?
Yes. Many of our customers use our parts for production equipment, fixtures, jigs, automotive applications, robotics, engineering projects, and consumer products. We can recommend materials based on your strength, temperature, UV, or chemical resistance requirements.
What industries do you serve?
We work with customers in engineering, manufacturing, education, automotive, aerospace, healthcare, robotics, architecture, product development, marketing, and hobbyist communities.
Do you offer color options?
Yes. Many of our materials are available in multiple colors. Color availability depends on the selected material and printing process. If you don't see the color you're looking for, contact us—we may be able to source it for your project.
Can I reorder parts later?
Yes! We can keep your files on record (if requested), making it easy to reorder parts whenever you need them.
What if my model isn't printable?
Our quoting software performs an initial analysis, but if we identify any issues during review, we'll contact you with recommendations to improve the design before production begins.
Do you offer expedited production?
Yes. Rush production may be available depending on our current workload. Contact us before placing your order if you have a specific deadline.
